Payment Registration Information

• Registration payments can be made by PayPal in US Dollars or by bank transfer at Transilvania Bank in RON and Euro.

• Registration fee does not cover: travels, accommodation, bank fees, insurance etc.

• Each participant is responsible for carrying adequate health insurance coverage.

• We offer discounts for ARA Emeritus members, PhD Students and special situations that require ARA BoD prior approval. 

• The reviewed paper contributions will receive a DOI# and will be published online. The best contributions will be invited to submit a paper in extenso to be published in ARA Journal.

• Registration for accompany person is available.

 REGISTRATION COSTS 

Full registration fee includes: Ticketed events (Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Dinner and Friday Banquet & Awards Event), coffee breaks, Congress Sessions, Conference Program.

• Member registration is 150.00 USD or 550 RON or 126 Euro

• Nonmember registration is 175 USD or 600 RON or 140 Euro

• Representatives of the host and sponsors are accepted with taxes similar to ARA members.

ARA Emeritus Members special discount registration fee: Ticketed events (Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Dinner and Friday Banquet & Awards Event), coffee breaks, Congress Sessions, Conference Program.

• Standard price of 75.00 USD or 275 RON or 63 Euro

PhD Student registration: Must be full-time student, and a copy of your current student I.D. must be submitted with your registration form. Registration includes one day registration only on Friday, May 25th, 2018, i.e. the day of Poster Session presentation. It DOES NOT INCLUDE TICKETED EVENTS. • Standard price of 30 USD or 100 RON or 25 Euro

Payment on site is accepted only if it is announced in advance, accepted by the organizers and is 20% higher. Registration opens on 15th March, 2018, and ends on 17th May, 2018.

Registration for accompany person:

• Full conference participation: 120 USD or 400 RON or 100 Euro

• Thursday Dinner, May 24, 2018:  45 USD or 150 RON or 38 Euro

• Friday Banquet & Awards Event, May 25, 2018:  60 USD or 200 RON or 50 Euro

Receipts will be issued for all payments.​

Refund Information

Cancellation and Refunds: Written requests for refund of registration fees must be received by April 15, 2018 to receive a refund less $50 for administrative charges. Refunds may take 2 - 3 weeks from the date of the event for processing. No refunds will be awarded after April 15, 2018. However, substitutions can be made at no additional cost if received in writing. Please e-mail refund requests to info@americanromanianacademy.org
