Payment Registration Information

• Registration payments can be made by PayPal in US Dollars or by bank transfer at Transilvania Bank in RON and Euro.

• Registration fee does not cover: travels, accommodation, bank fees, etc.

• Each participant is responsible for carrying adequate health insurance coverage.

• We offer discounts for ARA Emeritus members PhD Students;

• The reviewed paper contributions will receive a DOI# and will be published online. The best contributions will be invited to submit a paper in extenso to be published in ARA Journal.

• Dinners can be purchased separately for accompany persons, but not later than July 15, 2017.

Full registration fee includes: Ticketed events (Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Dinner and Friday Banquet & Awards Event), coffee breaks, lunches, Congress Sessions, Conference Abstract & Program Book.

• Member registration is 150.00 USD or 650 RON or 143 Euro

• Nonmember registration is 175 USD or 750 RON or 165 Euro

ARA Emeritus Members special discount registration fee: Ticketed events (Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Dinner and Friday Banquet & Awards Event), coffee breaks, lunches, Congress Sessions, Conference Abstract & Program Book.

• Standard price of 75.00 USD or 325 RON or 72 Euro

PhD Student registration: Must be full-time student, and a copy of your current student I.D. must be submitted with your registration form. Registration includes one day registration only on Friday, July 21, 2017, i.e. the day of Poster Session presentation. DOES NOT INCLUDE TICKETED EVENTS. Registration includes coffee breaks, lunch, Congress Sessions, Conference Abstract & Program Book.

• Standard price of 24 USD or 100 RON or 22 Euro

One day registration fee includes: Ticketed events for that day, coffee breaks, lunch, Congress Sessions, Conference Abstract & Program Book.

• Wednesday Welcome Reception, July 19, 2017:  35 USD or 150 RON or 33 Euro

• Thursday Dinner, July 20, 2017:  70 USD or 225 RON or 50 Euro

• Friday Banquet & Awards Event, July 21, 2017:  85 USD or 275 RON or 60 Euro

Refund Information

Cancellation and Refunds: Written requests for refund of registration fees must be received by June 15, 2017 to receive a refund less $50 for administrative charges. Refunds may take 2 - 3 weeks from the date of the event for processing. No refunds will be awarded after June 15, 2017. However, substitutions can be made at no additional cost if received in writing. Please e-mail refund requests to info@americanromanianacademy.org
